Driven to take you out of your mind and into your body. My classes aim to connect the mind, body, and spirit regardless of age or experience level. Mindful listener/speaker, my words focus on slowing down the fast-paced rhythm of life and cultivating self-love. Leading with the breath and conscious and expansive movements, you will make space inside for that inner peace we are all searching for. See you on the mat!
